Shipping Policy

INTERPRETATION:

The words used in this policy have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

DEFINITIONS:

For the purposes of this disclaimer:

“Company” (referred to as either “the company”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this disclaimer) refers to Kreative Kreations

“Orders” means a request by the customer to purchase products or services from Kreative Kreations.

“Website” refers to Kreative Kreations, accessible from www.KreativeKreations.me

“You” means the individual accessing the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kreative Kreations. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 14 business days to let you know your order is on the way! We encounter high order volumes and shipping flow interruptions regularly, so a longer estimate is provided. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, up to a week. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, Kreative Kreations will do our best to contact the customer with order status information. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, at discretion of the Kreative Kreations staff.

 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING:

Customer who order items which are considered pre-order items may have their entire order held until the pre-order items are available to ship so the order can ship complete. This policy is subject to change or be altered at a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Kreative Kreations staff.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 1-14 business days using USPS ground advantage, USPS priority mail, USPS first class shipping, UPS ground, and other shipping services. Flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 USD applies to orders shipping inside the United States. International shipping is available and pre-calculated at checkout based on your address and weight of the order when packaged.

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping estimates/days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please contact Kreative Kreations before placing an order. Kreative Kreations is not liable for carrier delays as it is out of our control, but if a greater than reasonable delay occurs with your order, please reach out to Kreative Kreations for a solution, these situations are dealt on a case-by-case basis and are refunded or re-shipped at the discretion of Kreative Kreations.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $6.95 USD flat rate shipping to addresses in United States.

Expedited shipping: We off $16.50 USD flat rate expedited shipping to addresses in United States. These orders are shipped with USPS priority mail or UPS ground or faster depending on cost of postage.

Order Holding/Merging: We offer the option for a customer to hold their order until a specific date or to merge their order with another existing order until the sum of open purchases reaches the stated threshold for free shipping, this is a free option available during checkout.

Free shipping: This offer is only available to customers whose current purchase is at or exceeds $149.00 USD. The shipping service used on this order is at the discretion of Kreative Kreations.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Kreative Kreations ships to addresses within the United States, United States territories, and AFP/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to countries that accept UPS, USPS, DHL, or GlobalPost Services.

Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be auto-calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Billed Separately: Customer also has the option to have their international shipping costs calculated and billed separately, this is a free service for Kreative Kreations to investigate the cheapest and/or most convenient shipping method and cost to convey to the customer for payment. Payment for shipping costs billed separately are invoiced through a PayPal invoice, a trusted payment collection service with customer protection and payment resolutions available.

Transit times for international shipping can range from 4-30 days depending on delivery address and shipping service used.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kreative Kreations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. There are shipping options available to the customer during checkout that include pre-payment of these taxes and/or duties so that no additional cost is collected at time of delivery. If you have questions about the import duties and/or taxes on your order, reach out to Kreative Kreations for additional information. While we do not know and are not able to estimate the possible destination country duties/taxes, we are usually able to provide shipping services that include these costs in the postage cost.

International orders are shipped only when all ordered items are in-stock to eliminate a second shipping charge. If changes or substitutions need to be made before the order can ship complete, the customer will be notified.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been labeled. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order including the shipping cost. Kreative Kreations pays the postage for the return of the item within reason.

Kreative Kreations is not responsible for an incorrect address inputted into the order by the customer. If the customer realizes the address used for the order is incorrect and reaches out to Kreative Kreations before the package ships, then the address can be corrected as directed by the customer. If the customer reaches out to Kreative Kreations while the package is in transit, there are very limited options available to us to re-route a package, we will do everything we can to rectify this situation for the customer but are not responsible if changes cannot be made while package is in transit. If the customer reaches out to Kreative Kreations with an address change after the package has been delivered to shipping address used on order, Kreative Kreations is not responsible for obtainment of the package or any related matters as Kreative Kreations has fulfilled the order as placed by customer and the matter is considered out of our hands at that point.

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address using address validation software embedded in our online website. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order may ship as inputted or be canceled and refunded. The process of address validation is at the discretion of Kreative Kreations. Kreative Kreations will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or can be presumed to be lost by the carrier, please email us as soon as possible at info@kreativekreations.me with your order number and available information and/or photo evidence. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try out best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS:

If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@KreativeKreations.me

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable. Local law enforcement will be involved at the discretion of Kreative Kreations. We will handle these type of situations on a case-by-case basis. We may decide to refund the order or replace the order or any other reasonable remedy as decided by Kreative Kreations. Please allow up to 21 days for an investigation to be completed for such circumstances.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Kreative Kreations reserves the right to hold any order for a security review or alternate circumstance. If our system flags an order for potential fraud, Kreative Kreations may reach out to the customer to verify order with additional information. Kreative Kreations is not responsible for the delay in processing the order if such circumstance is present.

Gift Cards – orders containing gift cards and no other merchandise are automatically fulfilled via email and thus will be marked as completed, so no shipping or tracking information is applicable. If the customer needs the gift card information re-issued, that can be done by contacting Kreative Kreations. If the order contains both a gift card and physical product, the gift card is automatically fulfilled first and marked as shipped/completed, the remaining items will ship according to our shipping policy.
